We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage the daily upkeep of our office and workshop spaces, while also taking charge of the kitchen to prepare meals and refreshments. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, is a good cook, and understands the importance of presenting a welcoming atmosphere to our clients and staff.
Proven prior experience working as a cook and office boy in a corporate or workshop setting.
Ability to cook standard, delicious Pakistani daily meals.
A strong commitment to personal hygiene, food safety, and workspace cleanliness.
Honest, punctual, and highly responsible.
Polite and well-mannered, with the ability to respectfully interact with clients and management.
Familiarity with the local markets in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad area for grocery runs is a plus.
Cooking & Kitchen Management: Prepare daily fresh, hygienic, and wholesome lunch for the office staff.
Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, management, and visiting clients throughout the day.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the main office, meeting rooms, and kitchen are thoroughly cleaned, dusted, and well-organized every morning before operational hours.
Hospitality: Welcome visiting clients with a professional and polite demeanor, offering them refreshments upon arrival.
Errands & Groceries: Manage daily kitchen inventory and run local errands to purchase groceries, cleaning supplies, and other basic office necessities.
General Support: Assist the admin and design team with basic day-to-day tasks, such as moving small items, organizing samples, or managing dispatch/deliveries when required.
